'It's been a lovely stay in this beautiful, well-appointed villa.  Perfect location to reach both Cradle Mtn and the Mole Creek sites (Walls of Jerusalem).  Loved the Asian decor, and it was especially nice to stay in an environmentally sensitive house.. Good to feel we are having less impact on this fragile site.  Didn't need the wood heater as the villa held the day heating well.  The condiments, movies & games were all a nice touch!  Will certainly recommend to others and hopefully come back ourselves'.  EP. 'This place is 'home away from home'!  We fell in love with it as soon as we stepped inside.  We loved the interior decor, the exposed beams, the colours of the walls in the lounge and I went crazy over the bedlinen!  For 4 days we lived in  an enchanted environment.  Really exquisite. Everything is fascinating in the area around here: the magnificient lakes on Cradle Mountain and those of the Walls of Jerusalem, the photographic exhibition at the Cradle Mountain Chateau is out of this world - well worth a visit if you are crazy about the wilderness.  Lastly, not to be missed, is the nightly show of the stars - just sept out the back door and you will be blown away by the sheer beauty of it all.  We shall be back as we haven't finished exploring all the places we had on our list'! 'Too quickly our stay at Casa Verde was over.  We felt very much at home from the moment we arrived.  It was such a pleasure coming back here after each day's excursion/exertions.  Dinner 'in' was a much more attractive, easier option than dinner 'out'.  The kitchen is so functional and so incredibly well-equipped and well-stocked.  Cloves for pached plums? T'he most amazing 5 days - a beautiful cosy Casa.  We enjoyed every minute of this gorgeous place.  From the time we took a walk through the forest track, past silver wattles to evenings watching Rufus wallabies, wombats, hopping around us.  We loved breakfast on the balcony gazing into the trees.  We loved the drive into Cradle Mtn - thanks for the maps and info!  The warm shower and wood heater wer appreciated after a cold bracing walk around Dove Lake'.
